Professional Activities and Memberships
Ms. Willis is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel. She is a director of the Defense Counsel of San Antonio, where she served as Secretary in 2004 and President in 2005. She is also a member of the San Antonio Women's Bar Association and a Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation.
Education
Ms. Willis received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Sociology and History from the University of Richmond in 1998. She attended the Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and earned her J.D., magna cum laude in 2001.
While at Texas Tech she was inducted into Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. Ms. Willis was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2001 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
