Isidro O. Castanon is a shareholder with the firm. He manages and works in the firm's Gulf Coast (Palacios, Texas) office, where he handles claims and litigation for clients in the Beaumont, Houston, Victoria, Corpus Christi and Rio Grande Valley areas. He has been practicing law for more than twenty (20) years, representing clients in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Castanon is fluent in Spanish.
On behalf of Plaintiffs, Mr. Castanon has represented several individuals who have obtained settlements in excess of $1 million dollars on personal injury and breach of contract claims. Representative defense clients include Texas Association of School Boards Risk Management Fund, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Travelers, for whom Mr. Castanon has successfully represented districts and insureds throughout South Texas.

Mr. Castanon's professional memberships include State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association and Matagorda County Bar Association. Away from work, Mr. Castanon is also active with local units/chapters of the Boys & Girls Club, the Knights of Columbus, and he is a frequent speaker at career day for several high schools.
Education
Mr. Castanon received an A.S. from Wharton County Junior College in 1983, a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 1985, and a J.D. from the University of Houston in 1989. Mr. Castanon was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1989. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
